How they are built

None of these agents has a send button, and it is not a setting you could switch on by accident. There is structurally nothing for them to send with. Every one of them drafts, and a person in your office releases it.

It does not calculate the owner’s money. It restates what your system already produced and re-adds the lines to check them. A mismatch is a full stop.

Works on exports, never on your API
Buildium’s published API has no reports endpoint. DoorLoop states there is no way to send an owner statement automatically. Exports are the only route that exists on the tiers most firms are on.
