What this is not
Worth knowing before you pay rather than after.
- It is not software. Nothing logs in to your property management system and nothing runs on a schedule. You attach an export, you get a draft, you send it
- It does not replace your accountant or your lawyer. Thresholds, habitability rules and fee bases are yours to set, because they are jurisdictional
- It will not send anything by itself. Not as a setting either. There is structurally nothing for the agents to send with
- It is new. The agents are tested hard against synthetic data and published with every result, but the room is young and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise

Do I need to be technical?
No. You paste a prompt into Claude or ChatGPT, fill in settings about your firm, and attach the export your software already produces. There is nothing to install and no code anywhere.
Which property management software does this work with?
Anything that exports. AppFolio, Buildium, DoorLoop, Rent Manager, Propertyware and plain spreadsheets all work, because the agents read the file rather than connecting to the system.
Is there a free trial?

How big does my portfolio need to be?
The agents are built around the jobs of a firm managing roughly 50 to 500 doors. Smaller works, it is just a smaller saving. Larger works, you will want to configure more carefully.
Is my owner and tenant data safe?
Nothing passes through us. The agents run inside your own Claude or ChatGPT account, on files you choose to attach. We never see any of it.
