An agent you cannot inspect is not safe to point at money

Every agent is a file you can read, change and keep. Nothing is hosted, nothing is licensed, and nothing switches off. If we disappeared tomorrow your agents would keep working.

Published test results, not a demo

Anyone can show you a good run. Every agent is published with its full test record, including the runs it failed and what changed as a result.

The software vendors are not going to build this

Buildium’s published API has no reports endpoint. DoorLoop states there is no way to send an owner statement automatically. The gap between what your software records and what your day actually is stays open, and somebody in your office fills it by hand.

How we work

The rules we hold ourselves to

  • Every number has a source and a date, or it is marked unverified. We would rather publish a gap than a guess
  • We do not invent client results or testimonials. What we publish instead is the artifact, the citation, and the failure log
  • No agent gets a send button. Not as a setting either. A person releases every word that reaches an owner or a tenant
  • Jurisdictional questions stay yours. Habitability thresholds, fee bases and legal standards are operator blanks, because we are not your lawyer or your assessor
  • We publish what breaks, and credit whoever found it
